LLC Annual/Biennial Report Filing

You need to file an Annual Report in order to keep your LLC in compliance and in good standing with your state.

Penalty
If you do not file your Annual Report by your anniversary date, the state will mark your LLC as “not in good standing”. If you don’t file your Annual Report for your states allotted time, the state will revoke (shut down) your LLC.

Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio and South Carolina - unless LLC is taxed as an S-Corp.

States That Have a Biennial Report (Every Two Years)
Alaska, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania - Every 10 years, and Washington DC.
